NOTES AND REMINDERS
1. Headsets: Every team needs to bring their own headsets.
2. Coaches Box: Each team has access to a private coaches box at FAU Stadium during their game.
3. Trainers: PMG is hiring trainers to be on-site to assist the teams. It would still be beneficial for
your team trainer to be on-site if possible. Teams will have access to ice, tape and tables in the
FAU training room
4. Sideline and Locker-Room Beverages: Gatorade and water will be fully provided in the lockerrooms and on the sidelines during games. In addition PMG will provide bench towels.
5. Ambulance Services: An EMT crew with full ambulance support will be on-site at all 3 games.
6. Sideline Passes: PMG will be providing each school with up to 50 sideline passes. These need to
be worn by all coaches, administrators, and other personnel (not players) during the game in
order to help control your sideline. These can be picked up from your PMG rep.
7. Burger King Scholarship: BK is providing college scholarship dollars to one senior varsity football
player on each team. An email with instructions to apply is forthcoming, please encourage your
Seniors to apply. The winners will be announced during the Friday night banquet and on ESPNU
during the telecasts on Saturday.

8. Uniforms: Miami Central (FL), Booker T. Washington (FL) and Trinity Christian (FL) will wear
home (dark) uniforms. Bothell (WA), Eastside Christian (WA) and Bingham (UT) will wear away
(light) uniforms.
9. Game Ball
 Please bring practice and game balls with you to the event.
 Each team on offense will use their own game ball
10. Championship Trophy
 We have created a customized trophy for the winner of each game. However due to
timing and production time we only have 1 trophy available. The trophy will be used for
all 3 games. Winners of the first 2 games will be handed the trophy for photo
opportunities at the end of their game. The trophy will then be re-used for games 2 and
3. For the winners of each game we will ship a trophy to your school by the end of
January.
11. Event Apparel for Teams
 All players and coaches in the traveling party will be provided with an event hoodie and
long sleeve T. Please coordinate pickup with your PMG rep at the banquet on Friday.
