More about the Steel Division
What’s the most important factor when you award a project to a subcontractor? Is it the lowest bid or a
good safety record or the capacity and knowledge to handle the work? We understand the pressures that
exist to control costs and protect profit margins but, what does it cost you if that low bid contractor doesn’t
perform. Poor safety, quality and productivity performance by a subcontractor can adversely impact the
overall project schedule and budget.
J&L Steel and Electrical Services offers you a complete package. Our team brings value to your project in
the form of constructability input, proactive field coordination, timely change order management, accurate
billing and safe work practices. Your project management team will spend significantly less time
managing our scope of work. Our past clients can speak to the value that J&L Steel delivers on every
project.
