FORMAT / ELIGIBILITY
Each province and Region are advised to make Activity calendar
for year 2015 and must submit/send before 20th December, 2014
to PFF. Province / Region must instruct the all Districts / Agencies
Association to make the Activity Calendar for 2015 and organize
the football at Senior & Youth level male / female and provide the
progress report to Province / Region Association Quarterly with
copy to PFF.
All concerned associations must complete the Registration of new
Clubs and Registrations/ Transfers of players from a Dep't/Club to
another Dep't/Club and Club to Club up to 31.1.2014 and send to
1st - 31st Jan PFF within a week. All new Women's Clubs to submit their
registration with PFF. Concerned Association will receive fee
according to PFF regulations. PPL, PFFL and Women teams will
also submit new players registration and transfer forms to PFF.

take part in this championship

Rawalpindi / Islamabad Zone 1 & 2, Peshawar Zone 1 & 2, FATA,

for U - 13 Youth Cup 2015. Players born between Ist Jan 2001 and

Twenty Four (24) selected girls from Women Clubs/ Departments
teams having good knowledge of Football / Coaching will be
allowed for this course. The participants must be from some
school, college and universities.

The responsibilities to organizing two courses each in a year rests
entirely on Provinces and Regions. Twenty Five selected
players/coaches will be allowed to take part in these courses and
also one participant each from PPL & PFFL teams belongs to their
Provinces / Regions will take part in these courses. Selected
players/coaches list along with CV's of each course participants
should reach PFF Eight (8) weeks before start of the each course,
PFF provide the technical support to Provinces / Regions Football
Associations after receiving of participants list.

Rawalpindi / Islamabad Zone 1 & 2, Peshawar Zone 1 & 2, FATA,
1st to 12th Feb AJK, Gilgat Baltistan and Bannu Zone team U - 13 teams will take
part in U - 13 Youth Cup 2015. Players born between Ist Jan 2001
and 31st December, 2003 are eligible to participate in this Youth
Cup.

The responsibilities of organizing this event rests entirely on
Districts/Zones/Regions. All affiliated clubs of each
District/Zone/Region will participate. Winner of each
Districts/Zones/Regions will be declared Champion for
participation in the Inter District Club Championship. Only
registered players are eligible to participate in this competition. On
completion of the event concerned Districts/Zones/Regions must
send a detailed report with all match data sheets duly signed by
the Match Commissioner/respective secretary and other
supporting documents i.e. Newspaper clippings to PFF, failing
which action will be taken against the respective Districts/Zones/
Regions.
2nd - 16th Feb Twenty Four (24) "B" Qualified Coaches having 3 to 5 year
& 24th Feb to coaching experience with PPFL, PFFL, Women teams, Province
senior and Youth teams will be Selected for this Course.

celeberate AFC Women's Day with Activity of Grassroots, Youth
and Senior level Friendly matches. Activity plan should be
submitted to PFF one month before the AFC Women's Day.

Thirty Five (35) participants i.e. twenty five (25) men Referees
FIFA, National A & B grade, Five (5) Women National Referees
and Five (5) Instructor Observer will take part in this course. Age

Bottom teams of last year (10th National Women Football
Championship 2014) teams and other confirmed teams for 6th
National Women Inter Club Football Championship will take in this
event.

The Entire responsibility for organizing this event on Provinces and

The responsibilities of organizing this event entirely rests on
Provinces/Regions. Champions of District/Zone/ Region will take
part in this championship. All participating champion clubs are
authorized two guest players for including in their squad from
July - October
respective District/ Zone/Region. Finalist teams of each Province
and winner of Region will automatically be qualified for National
Clubs Football Championship -2015. All Province and Regions are
to submit the names of Clubs to PFF before 31st December 2015.

Group League System. Two teams Relegated from 11th Pakistan
Premier League 2014 will take part in this League with other
remaining teams of both legs of 11th PFFL 2014. All Province are
to provide the two best clubs of the Province and one champion
club from all Regions after their clubs league before 30th July,
2015.

NOTE:
1. The schedule will not be changed due to the participation of National team in any international competition. No player of
any team will be allowed to leave the team/camp for domestic football activity. Those not joining the national camp or team
because of Province/Department/Club will not be allowed to play in any domestic competition from his team.
2. During the Fast Track training camp all selected player are not allowed to play from any club / department team.
3. If any club/department make age group team and interested to participate in National Age group Championships, they
can request for their hired / employed player to join their team. The final decision will be made by the concern age group
coach and PFF
