Poly lumber makes strong, comfortable outdoor furniture
without the hassles typically associated with upkeep.
It’s easy to care for, needs no painting and can withstand
harsh weather. Poly is an environmentally friendly choice,
because it’s made from recycled milk jugs. We believe
God calls us to take care of our world, so this is a way
we contribute to that mission.

Service
Quality
Service is part of the culture of our company. When
dealers and customers call us, they’ll talk to a person,
not get caught in an endless technological loop. For us,
making the customer happy is the bottom line.
To us, quality means consistency. To the customer, this
means holes line up for easy assembly, all components
are hand-routed for exceptional smoothness and little
details are not missed.
Design
From hidden fasteners to sleeker-lined chairs – we’re
constantly improving our design. It takes more work on
our part, but we’re dedicated to helping you make your
outdoor living space beautiful.
Lead Time
Our lead time is typically shorter than most of our
competitors. In other words, we get products to dealer
showrooms and customer homes sooner. Even during
peak season, we deliver in a timely manner.

POLY LUMBER
Berlin Gardens uses only the highest
grade of poly lumber, also known as
high-density polyethylene or HDPE.
The benefits:
– Smooth feel
– Dense material that’s more durable
– No cracking, splitting or bacterial growth
– Virtually no maintenance (cleans with non-abrasive soap and water)
– Unaffected by salt spray for
seaside living
– Color that goes through the material (not a coating) that’s UV stabilized
and resists fading

– Made from nearly 100 percent recycled milk jugs
Amazing furniture
starts with great materials.
At Berlin Gardens, we even custom build some of our
machinery. This allows us to adapt easily for new
furniture offerings or changes.
FASTENERS
We use chrome-plated stainless steel. Used widely in the
salt water marine industry, these fasteners are proved to
be much more resistant to corrosion than typical grades
of stainless steel.
COATED PROTECTION
We have minimal visible aluminum components on our
furniture. Those that are visible are powder-coated to
increase both beauty and durability.

CRAFTSMANSHIP
Our factory is located in Berlin, Ohio, in the heart of Amish country. While we use advanced machinery, we pair that with
traditional methods and skills handed down through generations. This means poly components are cut with extreme
accuracy using computerized machines, but the edges are hand-routed for superior smoothness. Visual inspection occurs at
each step in the process. You get American-made poly furniture that’s comfortable, strong and beautiful for years to come.
DURABILITY
Berlin Gardens furniture is designed to achieve the perfect blend of
aesthetics, comfort and durability. Our products range from traditional
Adirondack chairs to modern pieces with clean, refined lines and a minimal
amount of visible hardware. We also offer a broad selection of finely
engineered motion furniture such as gliders and swivel rockers for an
amazingly relaxing experience.
Our collections are designed to be strong. We use welded aluminum
frames under table tops, heat-bended curved components, and thicker
material for support pieces. Extensive strength and durability testing is
done as products are designed. We want to make sure you receive the
strongest, longest-lasting furniture possible.
EASY TO CARE FOR
Poly furniture is not affected by most
corrosive substances and will not
promote bacterial growth. To maintain
the beauty of your furniture, simply clean
it regularly with non-abrasive soap and
water. If properly cared for, you will be
able to relax in your fine piece of poly
furniture for many years.
BERLIN GARDENS THINKS GREEN
We care about our environment. The human race has been given stewardship
over the earth, and we take that assignment seriously. A polluted world in
which we despoil waters, woodlands and air is not acceptable. So we use
recycled milk jugs – destined for landfills – as the main material for our
furniture. By eliminating the need to manufacture new plastics, we also
conserve our world’s oil supply.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Poly furniture is made from high-density polyethylene
(HDPE), a recyclable plastic that never needs to be painted
or stained. It will not rot or splinter, and it contains an
added UV protective agent to resist fading. Poly furniture
is not affected by most corrosive substances, and will not
promote bacterial growth.
To maintain the beauty of your furniture, clean it regularly
with nonabrasive soap and water. While most colors
need to be cleaned a few times per year using soap and
water, certain colors such as white (but not limited to
this color) need to be cleaned more frequently in order
to maintain its original beauty. In extreme situations, and
with colors such as white, spray the furniture thoroughly
with a nonabrasive cleaner then scrub the furniture using
a soft bristle brush and rinse off with warm, clean water. If
needed, spray the furniture with nonabrasive cleaner and
wash it using a high-pressure washer. Do not place the
tip of your pressure washer closer than 8”-12” from the
furniture or it will tear into the material.
Do not place flower pots or any items on furniture that will
leave stains. Do not place hot items directly onto furniture
to avoid melting.

All fasteners on furniture manufactured by Berlin Gardens
are stainless steel with most fasteners being chromeplated stainless steel. Chrome-plated stainless steel
is one of the most corrosive-resistant fasteners on the
market. However, in extreme conditions such as coastal
areas, while chrome-plated stainless steel will be less
likely to rust, it is still recommended to regularly rinse it
with fresh water to ensure the longevity of your furniture
and fasteners.
If properly cared for, you will be able to relax in your fine
piece of poly furniture for many years!

Berlin Gardens, LLC (“Berlin Gardens”) warrants to the original purchaser that its polyethylene
outdoor furniture products will be free of original defects in workmanship and materials for
a period of twenty (20) years of residential use or five (5) years of commercial use unless
otherwise noted in warranty. The warranty is effective starting on the date of purchase. At
its option, Berlin Gardens will repair or replace this product without charge for materials and
labor, providing our inspection indicates that an original defect exists. Should Berlin Gardens
choose to replace the product, and the product is no longer available at the time warranty
service is required, a substitution of similar performance and equal or greater value will be
made. Polyethylene is a synthetic product and may scratch or fade slightly when exposed
to sunlight or stain after prolonged contact with other substances. Some expansion and
contraction is to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature. The
foregoing shall not be considered defects in materials or workmanship and are not covered
under this warranty. Stainless steel fasteners are warranted not to fail structurally for the
applicable warranty period. Stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions (such as
coastal areas) if not maintained. This warranty does not cover rusting fasteners or structural
failure due to rusting fasteners, damage caused by unauthorized service or repair, alteration
of this product, abuse or misuse, normal wear and tear on materials, or any attempt to use
the product in a manner or for a purpose other than for which it is customarily intended.
This warranty also does not cover scratching or chipping of polyethylene, however, this
warranty shall not limit any warranties made by the manufacturer for such items which
may extend to you.
Folding Chairs and Folding Accessories are warranted to be free of original defects in
workmanship and material for a period of ten (10) years of residential use or two (2) years
of commercial use.
Swivels are warranted not to fail structurally for five (5) years of residential use or two (2)
years of commercial use.
Cushions are warranted to be free of original defects in workmanship and material for a period
of one (1) year of residential use and are not warranted for commercial use. Compression of
cushions shall not be considered a defect in materials and workmanship and are not covered
under this warranty.
POLYETHYLENE OUTDOOR FURNITURE
TWENTY (20) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (RESIDENTIAL)
FIVE (5) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (COMMERCIAL)
Berlin Gardens makes no warranties other than those which
are specifically described herein. Berlin Gardens makes no
implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of
fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow
limitations of implied warranty so this limitation may not apply
to you. In that event, any such implied warranty is limited to
that required by law. Berlin Gardens shall not be liable for
incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited
to, lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. The sole
remedy provided in this warranty is repair or replacement of this
product. Any cost of shipping and handling shall be paid by you.
Claims for original defects in workmanship or materials shall be
made in writing to Berlin Gardens no later than ten (10) days after
the expiration of the warranty period at the following address:

of a non-warranty repair, you will receive a written estimate

you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which
