Place your blue boxes at the curb before 7 a.m. on the day of collection. • On windy days, put your blue boxes out the morning of collection rather than the night before. Stack blue boxes to prevent paper from blowing away. • During winter months, set blue boxes on cleared portions of your driveway and not on top of snow banks or icy patches. • Do not overload blue boxes.
