EXPANSION 2015 SEASON – 2 MORE TEAMS TO BE ADDED TO SENIOR DIVISION CONSIDERATIONS: 1. THERE ARE NOT 30 CANDIDATES TO MOVE FROM INTERMEDIATE TO SENIOR. 2. THE LEAGUE SHOULD BE ORGANISED STARTING IN SENIOR AND WORKING DOWN THROUGH INTERMEDIATE AND JUNIOR. a. CURRENT SENIORS STAY AS SENIORS. b. INJURED PLAYERS FROM ALL 3 DIVISIONS WHO RETURN NEXT SEASON ARE PLACED BEFORE ADDING ANY NEW PLAYERS. c. MAKE 8 SENIOR TEAMS FROM CURRENT SENIORS ROSTERS (INCLUDE INJURED) TO DETERMINE HOW MANY OPENINGS THERE ARE IN SENIOR. d. MOVE SOME INTERMEDIATES TO MAKE 8 SENIOR TEAMS OF 14 PER TEAM. e. REPEAT THE PROCESS FOR BUILDING INTERMEDIATE TEAMS. f. MOVE SOME JUNIORS TO MAKE 8 TEAMS OF 15 PER TEAM. g. BUILD THE JUNIORS THE SAME WAY AS INTERMEDIATE. h. ADD NEW PLAYERS TO JUNIOR IF THERE ARE OPENINGS. i. MAKE 8 TEAMS OF 15 PER TEAM j. REVIEW THE TEAMS. k. REVIEW THE DIVISIONS. l. LEAVE THE SENIORS AT 14 TO MAKE ROOM FOR FUTURE ADJUSTMENTS. m. MOST NEW PLAYERS WILL ONLY GET IN THE LEAGUE BECAUSE OF PLAYER INJURY. n. BRINGING IN A NEW PLAYER WHO IS NEXT ON THE WAIT LIST MAY REQUIRE A SWAP BETWEEN THE TEAMS IN THAT DIVISION. 3. DIVISION MOVES CAN / SHOULD BE A CONTINUAL PROCESS DURING THE SEASON NOT AN ANNUAL EVENT. 4. 24 TEAMS IN 3 DIVISIONS IS BIG ENOUGH. 5. RUNNING THE LEAGUE REQUIRES A SIGNIFICANT VOLUNTEER TIME COMMITMENT. 6. THE LEAGUE DETERMINES IF JUNIORS MOVE TO INTERMEDIATE OR. INTERMEDIATES MOVE TO SENIOR. SENIORS ARE THE ONLY DIVISION WHERE THE PLAYER DETERMINES TO KEEP PLAYING OR NOT.
