Lake Oswego Wyldlife Creekside 2015 at Washington Family Ranch Lakeridge and Lake Oswego Junior High July 13th- July 17th WHAT’S THE COST? The cost is $522. This is a 5 day camp at Creekside at Washington Family Ranch for current 7th and 8th grade students (2014/2015). Price includes room, food, transportation, the works! You will need to bring money for food on the way there. There is also a store at camp that sells souvenirs and snacks. The amount of spending money will vary from person to person. Money should never be a reason for anyone to miss out on this amazing time. Fundraising opportunities are available. Let us know if you are interested. SWEATSHIRTS! Included in your camp cost is a specially designed Young Life sweat-shirt. Please indicate the size you want below. HOW DO I REGISTER? Bring the completed registration form and $100 (make check to “Young Life”), to Wyldlife Club or drop the check and registration in the mail to: Lake Oswego Young Life, P.O. Box 1111, Lake Oswego, OR 970345. You will receive confirmation of your registration by email. Four weeks prior to departure you will receive a letter outlining all of the details of the trip, what to bring, where and when we are leaving, health forms, outstanding balance, etc. **All camp forms and full payments are due by July 6th, 2015!! CANCELLATIONS? If it is necessary to cancel your week at Creekside it is no problem if done six weeks prior to departure date.
