KNIT 1/PURL 2
During 2014 this group was able to knit/crochet...10 scarves,
2 cowls, 32 hats, 25 mittens, 6 lap robes, 10 baby blankets, 3
baby sweaters and 7 sets of booties and hats. These items
have been donated to FISH and other local charities. Numerous prayer shawls have also been made for our members.
If you would like to knit/crochet and contribute to this
group, come to the lounge 9:00 am the first Tuesday of each
month except June, July and August. There are extra needles
and yarn available as well as patterns and expert help from
some of the members. All skill levels are welcome. Come join
us and help make a difference in our community.
3RD TUESDAY WOMEN'S GROUP
3rd Tuesday Women’s Group will meet on Tuesday January
20th. Our theme this month will be: The Joys of Winter!
Let's make this a brighter season by sharing pastimes, such as
hobbies or crafts, poems and stories about winter. And, this
meeting would not be complete, without warm and cozy refreshments! All women are welcome to come. So please join
us, in the church lounge from 10 to 11:30 am.
