PRESENTED BY
For 16 years, AGC Georgia and the American Council of Engineering Companies of
Georgia (ACEC) have hosted a joint legislative event for our members. We invite
representatives of the legislative and industry-related governmental agency communities to join us.
Our breakfast is a great opportunity for the contractor and engineering communities to meet with each other, and visit with
legislative and state officials. Each member of the General Assembly is also formally invited. You are encouraged to extend a
personal invitation to your legislators to come as your complimentary guest to breakfast.
The keynote speaker for the breakfast program is Senator Steve Gooch. He is Chairman of the Senate Transportation
Committee and Secretary of the Majority Caucus in the Georgia State Senate. He is also Vice Chair of the Economic
Development committee and member to the Natural Resource and Environment, Appropriations committees. During our time
in the mezzanine of the capitol beginning at 10:00 am, we’ll visit with several agency officials and legislators sponsoring
industry-related legislation.
