It is that time of the year again. Our records show that you were involved in our tournament in the recent
past. Your team may no longer be 4th-8th grade divisions but we are counting on you forwarding this
information to an individual(s) that may be interested in the MAC Attack Tournament in McCook,
Nebraska.
The 24rd Annual MAC Attack Youth Basketball Tournament will be held in McCook:

The enclosed forms will help you register for our tournament. Please ensure that you review and sign the
Coach & Team Roster Information form. Please keep a copy for your records to help you keep track of
any changes necessary in roster or dates of events. Please ensure that you update your mailing and e-mail
address information.

Check at www.McCookOptimistClub.org for teams entered and tournament information.
We need the following from you by the entry deadline listed above:
• Coach & Team Roster Information (Included – please sign)
• Entry Fee Check of $ 115.00
• $5.00 For Each Player Exceeding Team Size of 10
• Limited to first eight teams in each age group both boys and girls.
