new project, funded by Comic Relief, which will support
marginalised older people in Oxford to develop a strong
collective voice. Using creative methods, including
photography and film, Get the Picture will empower older
people to speak up, get their message across and to affect
changes that will improve their lives.
Get the Picture is looking for a Project Officer with
experience of group facilitation using arts methodologies
as well as an enthusiasm for supporting older marginalised
people to influence policy and practice, and an experienced
Project Administrator, with excellent interpersonal and
computer skills and a good working knowledge of social
media, to support the work of the small team.
