Tentazioni Restaurant invites you to read carefully our Terms and Conditions to make sure that you are fully satisfied with making this advance booking with Us.
By using this website and Tentazioni online booking service you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions detailed below which form the basis of your
contract with Tentazioni Restaurant.
Guaranteed Booking of Facilities
Tentazioni Restaurant will be unable to guarantee your booking until such time that they have received the Party Booking Form duly completed and signed, together
with the payment of £15 per person deposit for Party of 7 People or more.
On receipt of the Booking form and payment, Tentazioni Restaurant will guarantee your booking for the time and date of your event.
If your booking is for a lunchtime event, the facilities will be available to you from 12 noon until 17:30pm. For evening events, the facilities will be available from 18:00
pm to midnight – or later, if you request a late licence (3 weeks advance required).
Should you wish to make a booking outside of these times, please contact the Restaurant Manager direct to discuss your requirements and pricing agreement.
When your booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to you by email using the email address supplied. You should retain a copy of this confirmation for
your reference. Booking confirmations are subject to the availability.
Private Room Reservations and Room Charges
No room charges will apply if the minimum number of guests is met in each of our rooms (Main Room - 35 guests minimum, Gallery Room – 15 guests minimum).
If the minimum number of guests is not met, a £25.00 fee per seat not filled under the minimum will apply.
Pre-Order & Table Plan
To accommodate larger parties it may be necessary to seat at more than one table. Main room or Gallery Room will be determined by the final party number and
total restaurant bookings.
Any pre order of food and wine must be made 3 days prior the event, if you fail to do so Tentazioni will not guarantee stock availability.
Payment
Tentazioni Restaurant accept all major credit and debit cards excluding DINERS Credit Card.
Cheque payments must be paid at least 5 working days prior to the function.
In cases where a minimum spend has been agreed the said amount must be settled on the day before or the day of the event by cash or card only. No refunds will
be given and the amount cannot be carried over to another event and no stock will be allowed to be taken off the premises.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
However, refunds can only be given if prior notice of cancellation is received by:

7 to 10 people - 24 hours’ notice is required
•
11 to 25 people - 48 hours’ notice is required
•
26 to 40 people - 72 hours’ notice is required*
•
41 plus - 7 days’ notice is required#
* = If a booking is made within three days of the event, then 48 hours notice is required. If the booking is made less than 48 hours before the event, there will be no
refund.
# = If a booking is made within seven days of the event, then 78 hours’ notice is required. If the booking is made less than 78 hours before the event, there will be no
refund.
Booking Amendments
Any amendment to the booking form must be received in writing within seven days of the event. If amendments are made after this period, Tentazioni reserve the
right to charge the full fee as agreed on the Booking Form. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept amendments for late bookings.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Service Charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill
Damages
In the event that any rooms or their contents are damaged by members of your party, Tentazioni reserve the right to issue a charge to remedy that damage.
The client assumes responsibility for damage caused by them or other persons attending the function, whether in the room reserved or in part of building and
undertakes to make good or pay restitution for any material damage of furniture, fixtures or equipment, howsoever caused by them. Nothing should be affixed to the
floor, walls, ceiling or columns of the allocated rooms by nails, screws, drawing pins or tape or be suspended from the room.
When using external entertainment ie. Dj's and bands; the client assumes full responsibility for equipment and sound quality and compatibility. This must be done
before the date of the function and a sound engineer should be instructed when appropriate.
No advertisement, notice, decoration, flag, emblem or device referring to the function may be attached or displayed in or above the interior or exterior of the building
unless by prior arrangement with management.
Personal Belongings
Tentazioni Restaurant or its staff does not accept liability for theft, loss or damage to any personal belongings. However, all efforts will be made to ensure the safety
of such belongings.
