You ‘n Me Play
This is a structured DROP-IN playgroup for preschool
aged children and their parents. Come anytime.
Activities will include stories, songs, crafts, and play.
Everyone is welcome.
This interactive workshop is offered in partnership
with Alberta Health Services. Parents receive
information on infant nutrition, hands on
experience in making your own baby food and an
opportunity for open discussion on feeding your
baby.

Are you dealing with tantrums? Do you wonder
about speech development? The toddler years are
filled with rapid changes. While your child receives

each week.

Ever Active Kids
Ever active kids program is a physical activity
program that includes information about physical
literacy and fundamental movement skills. It’s a
program that gets kids interested in being
physically active by having fun, trying new
activities and learning new skills.This is a fun,
parent-child physical activity program.

Move and Groove
Join us for 6 weeks of musical movement with
your child. This program is for families with
children 0-5. We will get active with our
children using music, scarves, musical games,
and the parachute.

Infant Massage
Looking for ways to relax with your baby? Explore the
wonders of TOUCH! Infant massage is an effective
way for parents to soothe and bond with their baby.
You will learn about massage strokes and techniques,
as well as related topics such as behavioral states,
learning your baby's cues, massaging the older child,
and which oils to use. Phyllis Paterson has been
teaching and practicing infant massage for over 20
years. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket
suitable to lay your baby on.
Attendance at first class is highly recommended.

Young Artists 1
This is a drop-off class for 4-6 year olds. They will learn
about the color wheel, how to paint a picture,
and be given an opportunity to express
themselves with paint! Attendance of the
