SBP Supplemental Bearing Plate
Use the SBP instead of extra truss plies or nail-on scabs
to distribute concentrated truss reactions and avoid top
plate crushing. The two-piece design accommodates
any number of girder plies. A wraparound design gives
superior uplift resistance, and reinforcement ribs effectively distribute bearing loads. Works with both single
and double 2x4 or 2x6 top plates.
