We are a full service Human Resources (HR)
consulting and outsourcing firm, located in the
Tri-Cities and servicing all of SE Washington
and NE Oregon.
Today over 80,000 small businesses employing
over 3 million people are using a HR outsourcing company to perform some or all their HR
functions. We are well versed in the employment laws of Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
Addressing the “people” part of any business

Meet the Owners
Victoria Campbell, SPHR
Vicky is a graduate of West Coast
Bible College with
a degree in Business Administration and Management.
She has
over 35 years of
experience in the
HR field at all
levels of responsibility, from entry
level to Corporate
HR Director. Her HR experience at the Manager or
Director level includes hospital and related medical requirements, construction, warehousing, cold
storage, food processing and high volume retail.
Scott Nielsen, SPHR
Scott is a graduate of Washington
State
University
with a degree in HR
Management and
Personnel Psychology. He has over
15 years of experience in all aspects
of HR. Scott’s work
experience
has
been both in Executive Management and front-line HR work in several industries
including agriculture, cold storage, retail, warehousing and telecommunications.
Both Scott and Vicky, along with their spouses,
have been small business owners, so they are well
aware of the pit falls and understand the special
requirements that come with owning a business.
