1.
HOW TO ENTER/HOW THE WINNERS ARE CHOSEN. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
There are two ways to enter this sweepstakes.
Listen to 97.1 FM The Drive. Listen to WDRV-FM during Ten @ 10 between 10 a.m. and 11:00
a.m. and 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. weekdays from Monday, January 5, 2015, through Friday, January
16, 2015. The on-air talent will announce a keyword each weekday to enter that day’s drawing.
Upon hearing the keyword, listeners have until 11:59:59 p.m. the same evening to enter for that
day’s drawing. Listeners can enter by one of the following methods:
i. Text Entry. Text the day’s keyword to 60123. Text message rates apply. WDRV-FM is
not responsible for problems sending the text message. In the event of a dispute regarding
the identity of the person submitting a mobile text entry, the entry will be deemed to be
submitted by the person in whose name the mobile number is registered. The winner may
be required to provide evidence that the winner is the authorized account hold of the
mobile number associated with the winning entry and complete an affidavit and any
applicable release. One text entry per person per keyword/day. Text entries must be
submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. each weekday throughout the sweepstakes period, or by
11:59:59 p.m. for the final drawing on January 16, 2015.
ii. Website Entry. Log on to www.wdrv.com, click on the “Ten Trips In Ten Days” icon and
complete the entry by providing the proper keyword for that day. One website per person
per keyword/day. By entering this contest online and checking the box for info from
FunJet Vacations, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by FunJet
Vacations by telephone, email and/or postal mail. If entrant chooses to receive email
promotions from FunJet Vacations, entrant may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the
unsubscribe link in any email. Please see www.funjet.com for details on FunJet’s privacy
policy. Entrants must provide a valid email address to enter online. Entries will be
declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time
of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to
the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other
organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning
e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of
being the authorized account holder may be required. On-line entries must be submitted
by 11:59:59 p.m. each weekday throughout the sweepstakes period, or by 11:59:59 p.m.
for the final drawing on January 16, 2015.
Random Drawings: From all eligible entries submitted for keyword/day (1/5, 1/6, 1/7, 1/8, 1/9,
1/12, 1/13, 1/14, 1/15, 1/16) a random drawing will be held at the WDRV-FM Studios on the
following business day to determine the winner. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or
email. Non-winning entries from any day will NOT be carried over to subsequent drawing days.
If your entry is drawn and you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Paragraph 4 below,
you will be awarded the day’s featured trip. If WDRV-FM is readily able to determine that an
entrant is ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, WDRV-FM will draw another entry and
continue this process until an eligible participant is found. WDRV-FM, in its sole and absolute
discretion, may or may not draw an alternate entrant. The person who claims the prize must be
the same person whose entry was drawn; substitute parties claiming the prize are not allowed and
will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of WDRV-FM. WDRV-FM is not responsible
for problems accessing the website or completing the entry, technical or atmospheric conditions
that disrupt the completion of the entry, or any other problems which might or might not result
from this sweepstakes. Any person submitting more than one entry per keyword/day may be
disqualified at WDRV-FM’s sole discretion.
Limit: one winner per household.
2.
PRIZES: There will be up to ten (10) winners in this sweepstakes (one each weekday). Each
winner will receive a trip for two (2) with Funjet Vacations, to Cancun, Mexico, which includes
round-trip charter airfare on Funjet Vacations value flights from Chicago O’Hare or Chicago
Midway, 4 nights stay (one room, double occupancy) at the all-inclusive RIU Palace Las
Americas, Cancun, including round trip airport/hotel transfers. Approximate Retail Value
(“ARV”): $1550.00 per person ($3100 per winner). All prizes will be awarded if properly
claimed. If winner’s guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian
who must sign and return all required documents. If the winner and/or his/her guest misses the
flights as scheduled, the winner will forfeit the prize. If the winner and/or his/her guest are not
present for the designated return flight, he/she is solely responsible for his/her return to Illinois.
All other expenses not mentioned herein, including without limitation, food/beverages not
included in the all-inclusive plan, additional hotel amenities, fees and gratuities, are the
responsibility of the winner and traveling companion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a
prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. All taxes,
fees, and surcharges on the prize and all meals, gratuities, spending money, and all other expenses
not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Government-imposed per
passenger travel taxes are approximately $150.00 per person are not included and are payable by
winner prior to travel. Each winner is responsible for his/her transportation to the departure city
airport. Travel must be taken between the following dates: 2015 - January 8 – February 11;
February 27 – March 12; April 6-May 24; May 29 – June 26; July 9 – November 25; December
4-15, 2015; 2016 - January 8-31. Travel and is subject to availability and is not allowed over
holidays, blackout dates or convention periods. Confirmation will be given on a space available
basis only. Once a reservation is made, no changes are permitted. Prize is not transferable,
assignable or redeemable for cash. No prize substitutions, except as provided herein. Winner is
responsible for providing all necessary travel documentation, including passports.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING NEW PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS FOR
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: As of January 23, 2007 all international travelers must
present a government issued passport for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide proper documentation. Married or divorced women
traveling under names other than what is printed on their travel documents must supply a
marriage license and/or divorce decree. Funjet Vacations will not rebook or revise any
reservations if travelers do not possess a valid U.S. Passport by their date of departure. Travel
arrangements are subject to availability. Winner and guest will be required to sign the Funjet
Vacations Bill of Rights.
A qualified winner must also meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in Paragraph 4 of these rules.
Each winner is responsible for paying all applicable income taxes. A 1099 form will be submitted to all
appropriate taxing authorities, and by signing the Prize Release, each winner accepts the prize, and even if
the winner does not use the prize, he/she will be responsible for the applicable taxes.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each day.
3.
CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE: Each winner must complete the required paperwork within thirty
(30) business days of the day he/she wins to verify that he/she is a qualified winner. Failure to
comply with this deadline shall be deemed to be the winner’s forfeiture of his or her right to claim

a prize. The winner must prove he or she is a qualified winner by presenting identification
acceptable to WDRV-FM (e.g., state driver’s license; state issued identification card; valid
passport with address verification; or birth certificate with social security card and photo
identification and address verification). Winners will be required to complete a W-9 for tax
purposes. If the proper forms are not completed and returned, prizes will be considered forfeited
and will not be awarded. If a winner cannot prove he or she is a qualified winner, the prize will
not be awarded. All unclaimed prizes remain the property of WDRV-FM.
4.
ELIGIBILITY: Individuals must be 21 years or older to be eligible to participate and win a prize
in this sweepstakes and residents of Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan or Indiana. Employees of
WDRV-FM, Hubbard Radio Chicago, LLC, Hubbard Radio, LLC, Funjet Vacations, The Mark
Travel Corporation, La Macchia Enterprises and any other Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan or
Indiana radio stations, or any of these companies’ parent or related companies, subsidiaries,
affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and members of
each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective
spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes.
Anyone participating in this sweepstakes or claiming a prize in this sweepstakes in violation of
these rules will be disqualified from winning a prize in this sweepstakes and from participating in
WDRV-FM contests/sweepstakes for a period of one year.
5.
RELEASE; CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS, VOICE AND ADDRESS: Each winner must
execute an affidavit of eligibility/liability release prior to receiving travel documents. Guest of
prize winner will be required to sign and return a liability release form prior to ticketing of prize.
Noncompliance with these requirements, ineligibility, or return of any prize/prize notification as
undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Each winner and
their guest (a) agrees to release and indemnify Hubbard Radio Chicago, LLC, Hubbard Radio,
LLC and Funjet Vacations (including their officers, directors, employees and subsidiaries,
affiliates, parent or related companies) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages and
actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with the awarding,
acceptance or use of the prize(s), (b) agrees that no sponsors or agents have made any
representation, warranty or guaranty relative to the prize, and (c) consents to the use by the
sponsors of this sweepstakes for promotional purposes only of his/her likeness and/or voice, and
address (city and state) without any additional compensation. By participating in this
sweepstakes, each participant agrees to the application of these official rules. By accompanying
the winner, the winner’s guest agrees to be bound by the terms of these official rules, including
the preceding release.

WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners, send a separate self-addressed, stamped
envelope to be postmarked by January 25, 2015, to: Winners List, Ten Trips In Ten Days

7.
MISCELLANEOUS: Decisions of WDRV-FM concerning any and all matters with respect to
this sweepstakes shall be final. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by
law. WDRV-FM reserves the right to change the prize values at any time. WDRV-FM is not
responsible for printing errors in the sweepstakes materials or these rules. WDRV-FM is not
responsible for problems accessing the website, or technical or atmospheric conditions that
disrupt the completion of the entry, or any other problems which might or might not result from
this sweepstakes. WDRV-FM, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from
participation in or use of any or all portions of this sweepstakes, and refuse to award the Prize, if
participant engages in any conduct WDRV-FM deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise
adverse to the operation of the sweepstakes or detrimental to other entrants of the sweepstakes.
Such improper conduct includes, without limitation, falsifying personal information required
during registration or prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating
entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming

techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating
entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with
the computer programs in connection with this sweepstakes. Participants agree that WDRV-FM
may void any part of the Prize that participant may have won and/or require the return of any part
of the Prize that participant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Participant
further acknowledges that any forfeiture of the Prize and/or return of the Prize shall in no way
prevent WDRV-FM from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil
proceedings in connection with such conduct. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO
DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS
SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, EACH OF THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH
PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned
by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention,
fraud, technical failures, cancellation of show, scheduling changes or any other causes which
WDRV-FM, in its sole opinion believes could corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, WDRV-FM reserves the right at its sole
discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes and select the Prizewinner
from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as WDRV-FM may deem
fair and appropriate.
