Happy New Year. I hope 2015 will be a good year for you, with prosperity, health, happiness and great philatelic finds. For this list, I’ve tried to strike a balance across all collecng areas and price ranges. This list even

Item #1. 1814 SFL “Montreal / 26 JUL 14” (1814) straightline bs to London, England, double oval crown Ship
Leer Quebec, via private trader or naval ship through the American Blockade to Liverpool with “Ship Leeer
Liverpool” on arrival, rated “2/6” Stg collect, 2 x 4d ship leer fee and 2 x 11d postage to London. This leer
was carried through the American blockade of North America during the War of 1812. Rare.

Item #2. 1906 Toronto 1c printed maer rate to Ingersoll, with Hospital for Sick Children cc. This design is similar to the postal staonery post cards and is an important addion to that themac story.

Item #3. 1905 Pelee Island Vineyards post card from Toronto Sta B (Jun 2 1905) to Cobourg. Reverse with sales
agent calling noce.

Item #4. 1c Scroll booklet pane ed by Branord, Ont duplex (SP 17 34), a late but legimate use to Tillsonburg. The use of a complete booklet pane on cover is quite unusual.

ed and addionally endorsed “Postage Paid 2c”
and signed presumably
by postmaster. Used from
Keremeos, BC to Winnipeg.

Item #12. 1974 Willowdale, Ont to Lima, Peru. The Christmas card (sll inside) couldn’t be delivered, Reverse
with “Ingresado en El estado que se ve al servico aero / Lima”, meaning entered the airmail service in Lima in
this state” (ie damaged and repaired). And returned to Canada.
