2015 Training Plan 1.0 MBA at a GLANCE 1.1 COMPANY OVERVIEW My Business Academy is a collaborative partnership with EduCursion Singapore, a Singapore based Professional Development Organization, which has been focusing on highly synergetic training and development that engage, simulate and accelerate the learning process at educational institutions, enrichment centers and skills-based academies since 1998. Assess Based on the prevailing industry requirements, the company will conduct market researches in order to come up with the best program solution for the organization. The company will also take into consideration the type of business an organization is conducting in order to provide a more customized training. Learn After determining the training needs of an organization or an individual, the company will have to formulate a course for which the target respondents will have to attend. By guiding, supporting and integrating exercises and activities into the program, learning takes place in a highly participatory manner. Reinforce The company will help strengthen the learning process by providing tools such as the training manuals and the individual or the organization will get the chance to ask questions to the trainers during the course of the program. The interactive delivery style helps the participant learn faster, alter their perspective and readily transfer and sustain the skills, techniques and strategies learned in the program to their daily job responsibilities. 2|Page Support Programs are formulated in such a way that it will be useful as an edge for professional examination preparation. On demand and work based assessments will also be provided for selected programs. Validate Certificates of completion are provided to individuals who successfully managed to complete the course. Such certificates will be internationally recognized and will provide units of continuing professional education for some. 3.3 QUALITY POLICIES 3.3.1 COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS The company seeks strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in conducting its business. 3.3.2 FAIR COMPETITION The company believes in open and fair competition. In no cases will the company engage itself into illegal or fraudulent arrangements with its competitors or to any party which will affect the quality of service/s it has to offer. 3.3.3 FEES The quality of service/s the company will offer will determine the fee structure to be used in publishing its courses or programs. 4.0 CURRICULUM STRUCTURE 4.1 DEVELOPMENT The Company together with its trainers will identify training needs based on client request, requirements and industry changes. Upon approval, the trainer/s then proceeds with the development of the manual based on the criteria set by the company. 3|Page 4.2 IMPLEMENTATION The program will be instructor-led, classroom type lecture (using PowerPoint slides) with combination of role play sessions, use of handouts, use of audio/video presentations, problem solving / brainstorming exercises, case studies on problem solving and facilitated discussions, or practical and/or group exercises and/or activities including Q&A sessions. 5.0 QUALITY TRAINING PROGRAMS 5.1 APPROACHES IMPLEMENTED 5.1.1 COMPETITORS ANALYSIS By examining the company’s own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as compared to its competitors, it will be able to gauge the quality of programs it offers. 5.1.2 SURVEYS Instead of the clients approaching the company for their training needs it is also vital that the company conducts surveys in order to reach out to potential clients. This will ensure the quality of training provided based on the result of the survey/s made. 5.1.3 DELEGATES FEEDBACK Delegates’ feedback will play a great role for the development or the improvement of new or existing programs. Continuous improvement based on delegates’ feedback will create high quality programs. 5.1.4 CLIENT INQUIRY Requirements of a high quality training program mostly come from client inquiries. 5.1.5 INPUT FROM THE LEARNING EXPERT Trainers usually provide up to date information and researches thus leading to the formulation of quality training programs.
