Welcome back and Happy New Year! We hope you all enjoyed the Christmas holidays. Thank you very
much to everyone who helped with our parties this year. We couldn’t have done it without you. Also, we
appreciated your donations for the BC Children’s Hospital & the Surrey Food Bank. We know that you have
brightened someone’s Christmas this year.
Please look for registration information attached to this newsletter for the 2015/2016 school year.
Tues, Jan 6: Back to School. Registration begins for families who are currently enrolled. Please refer to the
handout attached to this newsletter. It is suggested that you register before the deadline to avoid
disappointment as we have a waitlist of families eager to register.
Thurs, Jan 8: White Day. Please dress in something white to celebrate the winter season.
Fri, Jan 16: Last day for current families enrolled to register for 2015/2016 school year.
Mon, Jan 19: Registration for the 2015/2016 school year is now open to families on our waitlist. Families
may come between 7 am – 3 pm at the Lumina location to choose a number and then return at 6:00 pm to
register. Registration is being accepting for both locations.
Mon, Jan 19 & Tues, Jan 20: CHURCH LOCATION: Gymnastics Fieldtrip. A notice outlining details will
be sent home.
Tues, Jan 20: Registration is now open to the general public by appointment only.
Wed, Jan 21 & Thurs, Jan 22: LUMINA LOCATION: Gymnastics Fieldtrip. A notice outlining details
will be sent home.
Thurs, Jan 22: Scholastic orders are due.
REGISTRATION FOR 2015/2016: Please note that you may also register for our Full Day Childcare
program in September as well. Our school age registration will begin late February.

institution designated (or any other financial institution I/We may authorize at any time) to begin deductions as per my/our instructions for monthly regular recurring
payments and/or one-time payments from time to time, for payment of all charges arising under my/our (The Biggest Little Preschool & Childcare Center) account(s).
Regular monthly payments for the full amount of services delivered will be debited to my/our specified account on the _____ day of each month. These services are
for (Childcare including preschool or other child related programs).

The Biggest Little Preschool & Childcare Center will obtain my/our authorization for any other one-time or sporadic debits and provide me with 10 calendar days
written notice prior to any debits. This authority is to remain in effect until The Biggest Little Preschool & Childcare Center has received written notification from me/us
of its change or termination. This notification must be received at least thirty 30 calendar days before the next debit is scheduled at the address provided below. I/We
may obtain a sample cancellation form, or more information on my/our right to cancel a PAD Agreement at my/our financial institution or by visiting www.cdnpay.ca.
In the case of variable amount PADs, The Biggest Little Preschool & Childcare Center will provide 10 days written notice prior to any changes in the fees and/or its
schedule.
I/we have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this agreement. For example, I/we have the right to receive reimbursement for any PAD that is
not authorized or is not consistent with this PAD Agreement. To obtain a form for a Reimbursement Claim, or for more information on my/our recourse rights, I/we may
contact my/our financial institution or visit www.cdnpay.ca

Priority registration begins Jan 5 – Jan 16, 2014 for families who are currently enrolled. If you have a child turning 3
by Dec 31, 2015 or 4 by Dec 31, 2015 then please fill out the appropriate class below. We are set up with PAD (Preauthorized debit) therefore we will only need the $75.00 non-refundable registration fee along with first months fees
dated July 1 by cheque. The remainder of the fees from Oct – June will be withdrawn automatically on the first of each
month. Please make sure to attach a void check to the PAD agreement. Please note below the 2 different locations that
you may choose from. When switching classes you will be put on a waitlist until after Jan 17th. It can take up to one
week to receive confirmation. Returning families do not need to fill out a new registration form only a PAD form.
