He has been with the Royal Malaysian Customs for about 30 years and has served various divisions such as Sales Tax, Service Tax, Account Inspection, Import, Valuation, Post Clearance Audit, Enforcement and GST. He has presented numerous papers at various seminars and forums throughout Malaysia and at International level. Dato’ Subromaniam holds a B.Sc. Hons degree in Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and an MBA from the United States. He also holds a certificate in Strategic Leadership from University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
