Chief Poulos said the pair responded to a call from the Rock Island County Communications Center of a motorist who had lost control of her vehicle on the snowy street and Officer Logan Thomas about to roll down a steep embankment and into a ravine filled with water. Ctr Hall. KINDERGARTEN PRE-REGISTRATION FOR 2015 – 2016 SCHOOL YEAR It is that time of year when Bicentennial School is pre-registering next year’s kindergarten students. To be eligible for kindergarten, a child must be at least 5 years old by September 1, 2015. Please mail or drop off the form below to Bicentennial, 1004 First St, Coal Valley, IL 61240. You may also call the school at 743-1614 with your child’s name, address, phone number, and date of birth. The school will then send you an invitation to the pre-registration activities. Bicentennial’s Pre-registration will be Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 6:00pm. The meeting will begin at 6:30pm. Students are invited to come to the school event; they will have an opportunity to see their new classroom and meet the teachers.
