Typist/Clerks Typist who have passed Account Test (Lower/Higher), attained 50years of age and eligible for promotion as U.D. Clerks taking into account of the result of Department Test conducted during Jan &July 2014 (result published on 08.04.2014 & 30.10.2014) is appended herewith. The Head of all Government Institution under this Directorate are requested to make sure that the details in respect of the staff concerned are correctly included in the List. They also requested to forward complaints if any, regarding omission, Seniority, Date of Advice etc; and ensure the correctness of details forwarded by them with reference to the Service Book of each appellant and forward with attested copies of relevant documents to prove their claim on or before 30/01/2015.
