If you require confirmation by post please mark here There are a maximum number of places on each course so availability cannot be guaranteed. If a course is full when your booking is received at the LAS Office you will be notified and your name will be kept on a reserve list should a cancellation occur. Courses are run on a demand basis and are subject to cancellation if minimum numbers are not met. This rarely occurs but in this case LAS will contact you by email/telephone as soon as possible using the details above. Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be notified 48 hours prior to the course date. If you are a member of SAL or SLE and do not inform us that you are unable to attend, the appropriate course fee will be charged. If fee paying and you do need to cancel at short notice, it may be possible to transfer your payment to a future course. Transfers will be made at the discretion of LAS staff and whilst we will always aim to help, this may not be possible for all courses. Refunds will only be made if the cancellation policy has been followed.
