ल Quantum of financial assistance
इकाइ क7 शतHितशत कुल अवसंरचना लागत के िलए अिधकतम एकमुgत सहायता 60,000 Mपए
होगी।
व$ीय सहायता
िनयामक लागत के आधार पर प रकिलत आकार एवं उ पादन +मता के
अनुपात म- होना चा6हए।
The maximum one time assistance for each unit shall be Rs.60,000/- towards 100% of the total
infrastructure cost of the unit. Financial assistance should be proportionate to the size and production
capacity worked out on the basis of normative cost.
संचालन Eयोरे Operational details
1. यह योजना मु8य Yप से क-चुआ कंपोAट /कयर गूदा खाद के उ पादन के िलए है तथा रा\य
कृ ष /बागवानी वभाग Gारा या बोड Gारा 6कसान उ पादक संगठन या उनके सदAय, के ज़ रए
काया@5वत क7 जाएगी।
The scheme is mainly intended for production of vermicompost/coir pith manure and shall be
implemented through State Department of Agriculture/Horticulture or by the Board through
Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) or members of FPOs.
2. बोड Gारा िनधा रत Hप म- स@EसडC के िलए आवेदन दे ना चा6हए और आवेदन वाउचर बल

आ6द संगत दAतावेज़, के साथ बोड को HAतुत करना चा6हए।
The application for subsidy shall be made in the form prescribed by the Board and the same shall
be submitted to the Board along with relevant documents like vouchers, bills, etc.
बोड के कमचा रय, Gारा Hाथिमक िनरC+ण 6कया जाएगा तथा इकाई Aथा पत करने के िलए
Hशासिनक अनुमोदन 6दया जाएगा। (यह बोड Gारा सीधे काया5वयन के िलए हC लागू है ) । काय
पूरा करके रपोट HAतुत करने पर हC व$ीय सहायता दC जाएगी।
The preliminary inspection will be undertaken by the Board officials and administrative
approval will be issued for establishing the unit. (This applies only for direct implementation by
the Board unit offices). The financial assistance will be released only after the completion of the
work and on submission of the complete report.
4. लाभभोगी 6कसान क-चुआ कंपोAट /कयर गूदा कंपोAट िनमाण के िलए िनधा रत कायHणाली के
अनुसार हC जैव खाद का उ पादन कर- गे । बाद के रखरखाव के खच लाभभोगी 6कसान खुद
कर- गे। The beneficiary shall produce organic manure as per the laid down procedure for
vermicompost/coir pith compost. Subsequent maintenance shall be done by the beneficiary at
his/her own cost.
5. काया5वयन अिभकरण अथात ् बागवानी / कृ ष वभाग उ पादन +मता आ6द के साथ
लाभभोिगय, क7 सूची Hदान कर- गे।
The implementing agency i.e. Department of Horticulture/ Agriculture should furnish the list of
beneficiaries along with production capacity, etc.
6. Hबीउ फामj म- योजाना का काया5वयन बोड Gारा सीधे हC 6कए जाएंगे।
The scheme shall also be directly implemented by the Board in the DSP Farms.

लाभ नहCं उठाया गया है । Certificate from the concerned Agricultural Officer that no other
subsidy has been availed for the unit.
