project under the tehsil with the
view to control the illegal mining
and also with the sole objective for
carrying out the sustainable
project activity by protecting the
environment.

control on overloading of trucks,
the Hon’ble High Court of
Judicature for Rajasthan at Jaipur
Bench vide Judgment dated
14.08.2014 has made the P.P.
solely responsible and passed
instructions to other departments
like mining , transport and police to

lease period.

locals into confidence.
