PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am a Service Designer who enjoys working to find real insights that help innovate businesses and brands. Having
completed an MA in Digital Media Management with Hyper Island, a world-leading educator in the fields of
digital/interactive communication and business transformation, I advanced my understanding and passion for Service
Design and Experience Design.
My background in film production has made me very organised and proactive, with an unwavering work ethic.
Creative strategy and design thinking appeal to me, as I like to look at things from different perspectives to discover
patterns and behaviours. I believe in a customer focused human-centered approach. Above all I enjoy getting the
best out of people and designing things better!
