Cryovac packages to lock
in the freshness.
Preheat oven to 300°F. Season both sides with salt and pepper and place in
large pan. Set aside 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce and pour the remainder evenly over
the ribs. Add ½ cup of water to the pan, cover with aluminum foil and place
in the oven. Bake for 2 ½ to 3 hours until ribs are tender. Remove from oven
and uncover, brush with remaining sauce and place under the broiler for a
few minutes to brown. Grab a napkin and enjoy!
