Specifications:
Heavy duty gas griddles available in five (5) widths; 24",
36", 48", 60", and 72". High performance, high volume
production with even, consistent, flame failure controlled
valves. 3/4" (19mm) thick griddle plate, with 24" (610 mm)
deep grilling surface.
Valve control and burner for every 12” (305mm) width of
griddle for maximum heat input on the plate surface.
