Saskatchewan Athletics promotes the sport of
athletics* by facilitating the development and
maintenance of effective programs which assist
athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers in a fair and
positive environment.

Athletics Track and Field Spring
Camp is set to take place April 11-12 in
Saskatoon. Camp is designed for
athletes 14-17 years and assists to
prepare for outdoor season. Deadline
to register is April 3.

2015 Western Canada Summer
Games (August 8-11, Fort McMurray,

2015 Hershey Canadian Indoor Championships

WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS MONTH
SUCCESS STORIES

Congratulations Matt Johnson (Regina)
and Kelly Wiebe (Swift Current) who were
recently selected to represent Canada
men’s senior team at both the
Panamerican Cross Country Cup in
Barranquilla, Columbia from February 2122, and at the 41st edition of the IAAF
World Cross Country Championships in
Guiyang, China on March 28, 2015.

Congratulations to 2014 Sask Sport
INC. Athlete of the Year Winner:
Brianne Theisen-Eaton (Humboldt) for
Female Athlete of the Year; and
congratulations to 2014 Sask Sport INC.
Official Award - Male: Ron Boden
(Saskatoon).

