setback on 19 lots fronting public road where a 25 ft. front setback is required for a fence which
exceeds 36 inches in height in an RPD zoning district for the property located along the east and
west side of Seaview Drive and also at the southwest corner of Florida Boulevard and Seaview
Drive, Crystal Beach.
