CIRCULAR
Dear Parents,
1. The School will close for Summer Vacation on 20 April 2015 and reopen on 30 June 2015.
2. The School undertakes to reserve seats as well escort parties of students going by trains from/to
Amritsar, Puri, Hajipur, Howrah, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mumbai, H. Nizamuddin and New Jalpaiguri. We
shall reserve accommodation in III AC/II AC/CC/Second Sleeper depending on availability for outward
and return journey. Reservations for those students who will disembark / join the party at the
intermediary stations shall also be done.
3. The School will also arrange an ‘Air Party’ for students who will travel by air from New Delhi to their
hometowns. They will be dropped/ collected by the escort at Delhi Airport.
4. Travel form may please be sent by e-mail or by speed post latest by Feb 10, 2015 so that your
ward is included in the party. However, reservation action is being taken on the basis of list
approved by the housemasters.
5. Students will be handed over to parents or persons nominated for pick-up by parents after showing
proof of their identity to the escort. In case there is nobody to receive the student at the station, the
escort shall take the child with him. It will be the responsibility of parents to collect the child from the
Escort.
