SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
KSI is conveniently situated with two warehouse locations on each coast to
ensure faster shipment and more affordable freight costs. Our warehouses
are located in Otay Mesa, California and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Credit terms are available to qualified companies to help streamline the
order process. Credit terms are based on credit history. Please contact your

WARRANTY AND RETURNS
KSI now offers a standard 25 year limited power output warranty and 10
year limited warranty of materials and workmanship.
All returns require prior authorization. Before you return product, KSI
must assign a Return Authorization number to your order. The RA number
must appear on the outside of the box of all returns. Returns without RA
numbers will be refused and returned to the shipper. Some shipping and
handling charges may be applied.

QUALITY AND RELIABILITY
LASTING OUTPUT
Kyocera installed a 43kW grid-tie system at Japan’s world-renowned
Sakura Solar Energy Center in 1984. The system consists of more
than 1,000 modules exposed to over 45,000 hours of solar radiation,
and research has proven that after 25 years, these panels have shown
degradation of just 9.6% (shown on the graph to the right).
Data gathered from three large-scale power plants using Kyocera
modules in Spain (Salamanca: 13.8MW, Dulcinea: 28.8MW) and
Thailand (Korat: 6MW) show that energy output exceeds the
power companies’ estimates, demonstrating the high performance
of Kyocera’s solar modules.

THE TRISTAR 600V
Morningstar’s TriStar MPPT solar controller with TrakStar Technology™ is
an advanced maximum power point tracking (MPPT) battery charger for offgrid PV systems up to 3kw. The TriStar MPPT controller is available in
three models, all of which include a remote temp sensor and are certified to
IEC 62093 standards. These controllers feature extensive network communication
capabilities, including metering and data logging, as well as the reliable
energy production expected from a Morningstar product.
Morningstar’s new TriStar MPPT 600V
charge controller uses advanced power
electronics to efficiently utilize up to
600V of PV or wind to charge 48V
DC battery systems. The TS-MPPT600V includes TrakStar™ MPPT

IronRidge Roof Mount Systems
have the durability and versatility

commercial rooftop. Kyocera is
now UL 2703 certified with
IronRidge integrated grounding.
The IronRidge Integrated Grounding
System requires fewer components,
reduces installation time, and
improves system security by bonding
modules directly to the mounting
rails. IronRidge currently offers
traditional roof mount, ballasted
roof mount, ground mount and
pole mounted structures.
IRONRIDGE XRS/XRL
With three high quality rail offerings, the XR10, XR-100, and XR-1000, IronRidge has a
solution for almost every type of application.
IronRidge rails are UL 2703 and PE certified
for integrated grounding, which eliminates
separate components and procedures for an
easier install. The unique curved design of the
XR rails increase their strength and maintains
a sleek profile. The XRS is available in two
finishes: black and mill. The XR rail also
comes standard with a 20 year warranty.

IRONRIDGE L-FEET
IronRidge adjustable L-feet are available for most roof mounted applications. They come standard in mill finish
and black and are only available in kit quantities of 4. They can be used with the XRS/XRL rails and easily integrate
with QuickMount PV flashings and IronRidge’s new flashing product, FlashFoot™.
The IronRidge FlashFoot™ is an all-in-one mounting product for composite
shingle roofs. It eliminates the need for separate standoffs, flashings, and
L-Feet. The FlashFoot is available in quantities of 6 and comes with the
flashing, lag bolt, and L-Foot.

GROUNDING ACCESSORIES
IronRidge offers a variety of grounding accessories to fit
each application. The grounding straps are used to bond
rail-to-rail connections with the rail and a grounding
lug. The grounding lug connects the entire row of PV
modules to the grounding conductor. Also available are
