THREE TIER LED
The PIPE LITE Series is the first cost effective LED task lighting solution
for the food processing industry. Engineered with the latest energy
efficient LED technology and patent pending linear optic, the PIPE
LITE Series is a durable and sustainable alternative to existing
fluorescent task lighting products. The IP69K rated housing
allows for easy clean-up while withstanding the rigors of
daily sanitation. The tube-less design greatly reduces
the total cost of ownership by eliminating the
expense of replacement tubes and the associated maintenance costs. The PIPE LITE
Series is ETL tested and certified to
UL standards.

The WDL Series is an energy efficient linear LED fixture designed specifically for heavy
hose-down applications. A proprietary two point closure system comprised of heavy
duty stainless steel end caps and custom molded gaskets assure a positive seal. The
component based design allows for quick and easy maintenance. The IP69K rated
enclosure utilizes a robust .125” thick chemical and impact resistant FROSTED
lens which provides a GLARE FREE wide distribution light pattern similar to
fluorescent products. ETL listed UL 1598 WET LOCATIONS and Battery BackUp, CSA Std. C22.2 No. 250.0, NSF 2 for Splash-Zones and IP69K, the
WDL Series is designed to hold up to daily sanitation while meeting all
USDA requirements.

LED WALLPACKS/EXITS
The LWP Series is an energy saving LED replacement for HID wall packs. The sleek,
modern design is suitable for most outdoor, damp and wet locations. The IP67 driver
and LEDs are rated for over 50,000 hours. Die cast aluminum housing has ½” NPS
entry points tapped on both sides and on back for easy installation of conduit or photo
control. Applications include walk ways, entry ways, parking areas, perimeter and
security lighting.
The EWP-LED Series is a rugged and compact emergency LED fixture
specifically engineered for heavy hose-down and wet environments.
The EWP-LED Series is fully assembled, pre-wired and ready to
install utilizing polycarbonate mounting feet which allows for easy
cleaning between the wall and the back of the fixture. If power is lost,
the EWP-LED Series will automatically switch to emergency mode
energizing the LEDs for a minimum of 90 minutes. Once power is restored the EWP-LED Series will return to standby mode and recharge
the maintenance free, nickel cadmium battery. All EWP fixtures ship
complete with 3’ STO lead and water-tight cord grip.
The EL Series exit sign is designed for heavy hose-down
and wet location environments. The unique design can
satisfies both exit and emergency lighting requirements.
The EL Series can be configured as a self-powered, AC
only exit sign or a combination self-powered AC with
emergency battery back up exit sign. The exclusive
DOWNLIGHT option can be configured to illuminate
the egress area in both the AC or emergency
modes. The EL Series exit sign ships completely
assembled and ready to install out-of-the-box
making it a maintenance friendly product
ideally suited for food processing plants or
any other wet or corrosive application.

The FLB-RS (Fluorescent Low Bay - ROUGH SERVICE)
Series is designed for the harshest of hose-down and
wet environments while being a responsible, energy
efficient alternative to metal halide fixtures. The
FLB-RS Series ships completely assembled with
LEI’s exclusive factory installed “ROUGH SERVICE” features making this tough luminaire
the perfect choice for slaughterhouses, food
processing facilities, breweries and any
institutional or industrial, extreme wet or
hose-down environment.

FLB Series
The FLB Series is an economy minded, energy saving
luminaire designed with state-of-the-art lamp and ballast
technology. The FLB Series is an excellent, energy saving
alternative product to metal halide fixtures. Stainless
steel latches assure the lens is properly sealed
against the poured-in-place, closed cell gasket.
Mounting is made easy with the supplied stainless steel “V” hooks or user-supplied cable
mounting systems. Applications include food
processing and cold storage facilities,
dairies, bottlers or any area requiring
exposure to water and dust.

GPF Series
The GPF (General Purpose Fluorescent)
Series is a rugged non-metallic fluorescent luminaire specifically designed as
an alternative, energy saving solution to
replace most 250 thru 400 watt metal
halide fixtures. The GPF Series is ideal
for food processing facilities, cold storage
plants, dairies, bottling facilities and any
industrial environment where water spray,
humidity, dust or corrosive chemicals are
present.

The VG Series is a non-metallic luminaire for use in
harsh and wet environments where constant humidity or
moisture is present. Offered in T5 and T8 configurations,
the VG Series is an energy efficient alternative to older,
T12 fluorescent products. The VG Series is comprised of a
heavy duty one piece housing and a high impact resistant
lens which is held in place on a poured in, closed cell
gasket by plastic or optional stainless steel captive latches.
Optional ribbed lens is available. The VG Series is available in
2’, 4’and 8’ lengths with options for 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 lamp configurations. Food processors, breweries, dairies, parking garages and car
washes are just a few areas that can benefit from the VG Series.

SEAL LITE Series
The SEAL LITE Series utilizes the time tested and industry proven SEALED TUBULAR DESIGN to meet the rigorous
demands and extreme conditions found in the daily operations of slaughterhouses and food processors.
ETL listed UL 1598 for Wet Locations and pressure tested to 1500 PSI, the SEAL LITE Series
complies with USDA sanitation and ANSI/NSF2 splash zone requirements, making it the
ideal choice for all types of meat or prepared food processing plants. Other applications include carwashes, bottling and canning plants, pharmaceutical
plants or any industrial application requiring exposure to heavy
hose-down and caustic chemicals.
