On week 6 the class will meet with Ross Brunson, from LPI, for a special session on best practices for teaching Linux Essentials, included in that session will include excellent resources from LPI. Linux Essentials - This course is designed to prepare instructors to teach the popular Linux Essentials curriculum. Instructors attending will use the NDG Linux Essentials Online Course via Cisco Netacad, which encompasses the course text, quizzes, midterm and final exams, chapter quizzes and labs, all in a responsive browser interface. Attendees will gain both skills knowledge and instructor skills for teaching Open Source topics to attendees, including demo recommendations, additional links and exclusive Instructor Guides from LPI and the LPI Academy staff.
