ABC creates family preservation, early childhood education, health, housing, mental health and youth programs as models that are easily replicable, humane, comprehensive and cost-effective. Through them and through widespread advocacy efforts that have effected far reaching public policy reform, ABC has brought relief, tenderness, joy and hope to many thousands of disadvantaged children.
