SOUTH CAROLINA, NORTH CAROLINA, AND TENNESEE, 18 YEARS OF AGE AND
OLDER ONLY
1. The “BILO Play with Oreo Casino Spin Sweeps” (the “Promotion”) BEGINS 12:00:00 AM ET
ON FEBRUARY 4, 2015 AND CONTINUES THROUGH 11:59:00 PM ON FEBRUARY 24, 2015
(the “PROMOTION PERIOD”). TO PLAY: Log on through Facebook and visit either the Winn
Dixie Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/winndixie, the BILO Super Saver Facebook
page https://www.facebook.com/BILOSuperSaver, or the Harveys Facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/Harveys (the “Websites”) and follow the onscreen instructions to
register (on first visit only) You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes pool
(“Pool”) for the Website you entered through (Winn Dixie, BILO Super Saver, or Harveys). Then
follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game and see if you are a winner, subject
to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. The Game results will be instantly
displayed. If you receive a winning message, follow the on-screen instructions to validate and
claim your prize. Prizes are subject to verification. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1)
Game play per day per email address/person, regardless of which Website you enter from. Use
of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one (1) game play
per day will void all entries and result in disqualification. Approximately Two Hundred Twenty Five
(225) instant win prizes will be available during the Promotion Period. The time of entry will
determine whether participant is a potential winner in the Instant Win Game. All prizes in the
Instant Win Game are randomly seeded at designated winning times (each, a "Winning Time")
throughout each day during the Promotion Period. The first person to enter after a randomly
designated Winning Time will be the potential winner of the seeded prize. If multiple participants
login at the exact same Winning Time, the potential winner will be determined by a random
selection of all participants who successfully entered at that time.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open only to residents of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisianna,
Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee, 18 years of age and older as of the
time of entry. Officers, directors and employees of Mondelēz Global, LLC (“Sponsor”),
HelloWorld, Inc. (“Administrator”), Geometry Global, Facebook, Inc., and each of their respective
parents, their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (all such individuals collectively referred to
herein as the “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the
same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the instant win Game
or sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. Paramount is not responsible for the collection,
submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Game or the Sweepstakes or the
selection of winners.
3. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: The potential Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random
drawing on or about February 26, 2015 from among all eligible entries received for each Pool.
Drawings will be conducted by Administrator. Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend upon
the number of eligible entries received for the sweepstakes drawing. Potential Grand Prize

winners will be notified by mail and/or phone and must execute (or a parent or legal guardian
must execute if the potential Grand Prize winner is a minor) and return a Declaration of
Compliance, Liability and, where imposing such condition is legal, a Publicity Release within
seven (7) days of attempted delivery, or prize may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) be forfeited and
may be awarded to an alternate winner. The return of any Grand Prize/prize notification as
undeliverable may result in disqualification and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
If a Grand Prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent/legal
guardian.
All potential WINNERS are subject to verification by Sponsor or administrator, whose
decisions are final AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. An
entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the INSTANT WIN GAME or sweepstakes
SHOULD so indicate, unless and until entrant’s eligibility have been verified and entrant
has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or
other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any INSTANT WIN GAME play
that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play, is void
and will not be honored.
4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARVS): SWEEPSTAKES: Three (3) Grand
Prizes (one (1) winner for each Pool): A $200 store gift card to either Winn Dixie, BILO Super
Saver, or Harveys (depending on which Pool the winner entered through); an Oreo recipe booklet;
and an OREO branded apron. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $217. INSTANT WIN GAME:
Fifteen (15) First Prizes (five (5) winners for each Pool): A $50 store gift card and one (1) Oreo
recipe booklet. ARV: $52. Thirty (30) Second Prizes (ten (10) winners for each Pool): A $25
store gift card and one (1) Oreo recipe booklet. ARV $27. One hundred fifty (150) Third Prizes
(fifty (50) winners for each Pool): A $10 store gift card and one (1) Oreo recipe booklet. ARV
$12. Thirty (30) Fourth Prizes (ten (10) winners for each Pool): FREE OREO coupons (each
good for one (1) free package 8.5 oz or larger, up to $3.99, each coupon expires 5/30/15). ARV:
$5.99. The store gift cards will be to the store in which the winner entered (either Winn Dixie, BILO
Super Saver, or Harveys).
For All Prizes: Terms and conditions of gift cards and coupons apply. Total value of all prizes is
$4,220.70. Limit: one (1) Sweepstakes prize and one (1) Instant Win Game per person. Odds of
winning a Instant Win Game prize depend on the actual number of game plays and the timing of
the game plays. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves
the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Instant Win Game Prizes will be fulfilled
to winners via email immediately after winner plays the Instant Win Game. Digital code prizes
subject to terms and conditions of issuer. Unclaimed First Prizes will not be awarded.
5. GENERAL RULES: All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prizes are the responsibility
of the winners. If any Instant Win Game prizes/prize notifications are returned as undeliverable,
or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the Instant Win Game prizes will
be forfeited in their entirety. By participating, entrants (and their parents/legal guardians if entrants
are minors) accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator, which
shall be final in all matters. By participating and accepting prizes, participants and winners (and
their parents/legal guardians if participants/winners are minors) agree to hold Promotion Parties,
their affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, employees and assigns harmless against any and
all claims and liability arising out of participation in the promotion and use, misuse or redemption
of prizes. Acceptance also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winners’
names, likenesses, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further
compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties are not

responsible for lost or late mail, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or
unavailable network or other connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or
delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilized in this promotion, or by any human error which may occur
in the programming of this promotion. If the Promotion, or any part of it, is discontinued for any
reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible
non-suspect entries received up to the date of the event giving rise to the discontinuance for any
or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In
the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than
stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor
reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all
legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's
sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. If, in the Administrator's opinion, there is
any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties
compromise the integrity of the Promotion, the Administrator reserve the right to modify or
terminate the Promotion in a manner deemed reasonable by the Administrator, at the
Administrator's sole discretion. If terminated, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing using
all non-suspect entries as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity
of a potentially winning entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the name on
the online registration form. All federal and state laws apply.
6. WAIVER: By participating in this Promotion, participants (and their parents/legal guardians)
waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees or any
damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter.
