XX The three-day program consists of daily classes and is structured around a typical residential closing, incorporating discussion of current forms and procedures. XX Presentations will address all phases of a closing transaction, including receipting the contract, abstracting and examining, preparing the commitment and HUD-1 statement, closing the sale and production of the final title policies. XX The 2015 School will feature interactive testing throughout the three-day program that will serve to reinforce the student’s learning and retention.
