Facilitating Participatory Workshops Six-day Residential Workshop Objectives of the Workshop Explore opportunities to engage in learning as an organic process; Contextualise learning as a self-engaging response to one’s socio-cultural reality; Find out whether participation is crucial in supporting and enabling a learning process for positive change. Who can participate? Mid-level academics from north-east and eastern India Senior and mid-level NGO professionals Government employees engaged in community level interventions or staff training Facilitators For all those who constantly engage with learning communities, this workshop would contribute towards indicating a roadmap for enriching learning opportunities. It will explore possibilities of designing, adopting or adapting tools, exercises or methods that provoke a critical and creative thought process.
