Important Client Information
General Information
Please note:
• The campus is a smoke free zone.
• We are unable to accommodate children in the
salons whilst clients are having services.
• Mobile phones need to be switched off at all times during beauty treatments.
• TAFE SA will not be held responsible for clothing soiled during any service.
Please note:
• Facial services may include a variety of manual and electrical treatments.
• Body services may include a variety and/or combination of massage,
lymphatic, aromatherapy, electrical and manual treatments.
• Spa therapy services may include a variety or combination of hot stone
massage, body wrap or Indian head massage.
• Please consult with your student and remember that we are a training
organisation. We are here for the students benefit.
Appointments
• You must have an allergy test 24 hours before having
a colouring service or lash and brow tint.
• A client information and agreement form needs to
be completed prior to your appointment.
• If a student is absent due to sickness it may be necessary for your
appointment to be postponed to another more suitable date and time.
• As our students are in a learning situation, we may require you to attend
for several hours and ask you to be patient and tolerant at all times.
• Towel, shampoo, conditioner and styling aids are inclusive of the price
and are supplied for your convenience by the Hair and Beauty faculty.
Clients need to be aware that if they are dissatisfied
with a chemical service, they must:
1. Discuss this with the facilitator.
2. Any corrective service, eg. re-perm, must be carried
out within one month of the original service.
