All the
Universitie,s/Colleges/lnstitutions recognized by the UGC should register
themselves with Public Financial Management System (PFMS) and verify- the
applications of the students received online to enable ine uilno to disburse
scholarships to the students directly into their bank accounts under its Direct Benefit
Transfer (DBT) Programme.
The uploaded applications on PFMS portal need to be validated by the institutes online
without any delay to safeguard the interests of students and to prohibit discrimination
and harassment of any students.
