much needed retreat.

stress of mother hood
and the end of the
busy holiday season.

is very sad for those
losing their homes, it
does create an opportunity for someone to
purchase that home at
a deeply discounted
price.
Today, Fannie Mae,
Freddie Mac, and
HUD have long lists of
foreclosures. If you’re
smart about purchasing, you can own a
home for a fraction
of what it is worth.
In fact, we caught
up with a new home
owner who told us his
dream of home ownership came true due
to the fact his neighbor couldn’t afford to
keep his home.
“John” rented a
home two doors down
from his neighbor who
told him he was losing
his home due to a loss
of employment. While
John always wanted to
purchase a home, he
thought it was out of
his reach. He had an
average job, average
income, an average
credit score, and very
little savings. He visited Bankers First Mortgage, a local mortgage
