Participates at the All India Ophthalmological
Conference in New Delhi
 Bosch to present its range of solutions in the Eye Care space, such as
imaging solutions for anterior and posterior part of the eye and its latest
addition the Fundus Fluorescein Angiography
 Bosch has leveraged technology to bridge the gap between supply and
demand, thus aiming to make eye care solution affordable and accessible to
all classes of the society
 Launched in September last year, Bosch Eye Care has demonstrated its
solution to be more effective than existing solutions
Bangalore: Bosch, a leading supplier of technology and services for the first time
will be participating at the All India Ophthalmological Conference (AIOC) in New
Delhi from February 05 until 08, 2015. Since the launch of the business in the
second half of 2014, Bosch Eye Care business has found a strong foothold in the
southern region of the country, which includes a large network of partnerships
and joint work agreements with leading eye care service providers. As a premier
trade sponsor of the AIOC, Bosch aims for wider and deeper market penetration
by reaching out to potential customers across the country.

AIOC provides a good platform to showcase solutions
By participating at AIOC 2015 Bosch intends to build awareness about its device
and the possible impact it could bring about. Bosch will showcase its range of
solutions in the eye care space which includes, imaging solutions for anterior and
posterior part of the eye, the MediBilder PACS solution and Bosch’s latest
addition - Fundus Fluorescein Angiography. Furthermore, Bosch would also
display its latest updates of the self detection algorithm for Diabetic Retinopathy
detection and marking and would also provide an early sneak peek into the
algorithm for Glaucoma detection.
Market expansion for a wider impact
Bosch sees significant application of its solution in a pan-India context, especially
in regions such as the north of India, such as Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan
and Haryana which register higher rate of blindness as compared to other
regions in the country. Through its product, Bosch will aim for deeper penetration
in this market to create a lasting impact.
Bosch is approaching a wider market beyond distributors, end users and buyers,
to also engage with enablers and other players in the ecosystem. Bosch is
engaged in conversations with leading distributors in the northern region to make
products available to its interested customers in India. These distributors are
equipped to support their customers with technical queries, demonstration
requests and even after sales support like service and spares. Bosch is also in
advanced discussions with social organizations for joint deployments through
innovative business models to create a significant impact.
