The pelletizer cuts the polymer strands into pellets in the
cutting chamber, which is completely filled with water,
immediately after they have passed the die plate.

Laminates recycling is also one of major requirement as the structure of Laminate vary each time.
Each requirement is assessed well to define if Single Venting is sufficient or if condition demands then
NGR has effectively developed Double Venting System for such critical requirements for 100% Printed
film/Laminates.
Depending on the contamination level and the amount of gas in the molten mass due moisture, ink
volatiles, solvents etc, the use of single or double degassing is selected.
