Located on the five star awarded Hoburne Naish holiday park in Hampshire. With its cliff-top
location, dazzling views across the Solent and nearby beaches, it offers the ideal destination

The park features fantastic indoor and outdoor pools (plus a new indoor paddling pool just for
the kids), fitness room, mini bowling, tennis and football – there’s so much to do in the Park.

Highcliffe Castle
Paultons Park
Just a 20 minute walk from the park is
Highcliffe Castle, a lovely place where you can
enjoy afternoon tea, cream teas, home made
cakes and delicious New Forest ice cream.
A visit to Paultons Family Theme Park in
Hampshire is a must for all families. With over
50 different attractions and rides including
the brand new Peppa Pig World it really is a
great family day out.
The New Forest
Only 15 minutes drive from Hoburne Naish
is the stunning New Forest, a haven for the
cyclists, horse riders and walkers.
Beaulieu National Motor Museum,
House & Gardens
Beaulieu is a guaranteed great family day
out with lots for everyone to enjoy including
the world famous National Motor Museum,
Palace House and historic Beaulieu Abbey.
Burley
Only 10 minutes drive is the picturesque
village of Burley, known for its stories of
witches, dragons and smugglers. Ponies and
cattle roam freely around this lovely village,
following ancient forest tracks used for
centuries by Commoners and their livestock.

Directions
Hoburne Naish

Option 1
(Through Lyndhurst, which is very busy
in peak seasons)
Turn off the M27 at Junction 3 and head for
Lyndhurst A35.
At the traffic lights in Lyndhurst, turn left and
follow the road round to the right. Keep in the
right hand lane for Christchurch. Follow the
road round until you reach a T-junction where
you will turn left for Christchurch.
Note: If navigating
via Sat Nav please
use BH25 7QT
From either of the Options
The A35 is a very long road. Follow the road
until you see The Cat and Fiddle (Harvester)
and the petrol station on the right. You then
need to turn left to Walkford. Follow the road
to a roundabout and take the first exit. Follow
the road over a little bridge and then turn
right on the bend into Hoburne Naish.
Option 2
Alternatively, you can stay on the M27 until
you see a turning for Burley.
Follow the road through the village of Burley
and through the New Forest. Just past the
tea rooms you will need to turn right. Follow
the road to the junction and turn left, back
onto the A35.

Terms & conditions
30% deposit (non refundable) secures your booking with the balance due 1 month prior to
your holiday.
Note: Your booking is not secure until the deposit is received. If the balance is not paid in one
month prior to your holiday, then we will assume you are no longer interested and will re-book.
There is an additional £100 key deposit to be sent with the balance to cover any breakages
or damage. This is fully refundable after the lodge has been cleaned and checked. The key
deposit will be sent to the booking address by cheque within one week of departure.
The owner reserves the right to alter charges and/or booking conditions without prior notice.
Note: All bed linen is provided but you do need to bring your own towels.
Booking Conditions and Site Rules
• No parties of unaccompanied teenagers will be accepted under any circumstances.
• All forms of ball games are prohibited between caravans/lodges and must be played only on the
playing field.
• Car parking is at the owners risk, no responsibility for loss or damage of any kind will be accepted by the
lodge owner.
• Check in time is between 2pm - 4pm (depending on which property you are staying in) on the day of
arrival. Check out time is at 10am on the day of departure.
• Cancellations of lodges and/or non-arrivals must be notified 14 days in advance, otherwise any refund
(less deposit) will be forfeited.
• The owner reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason, whether expressed or otherwise.
• No dogs allowed on the park.
• No smoking in the lodges at all. Ashtrays can be found outside on the veranda to be used. Please do not
throw your cigarette ends on the floor. If you smoke in the lodge then you will forfit your key deposit.
• No more than 6 persons, regardless of age. Any excess over the permitted number will be refused
access to the lodge.
• Occupiers must at all times conduct themselves with due regard to the comfort and enjoyment of others.
• On vacating, the lodge must be left clean and tidy.
• Any breakages must be reported and either replaced or paid for - Any damage or breakages found on
arrival must be reported to the owner immediately.
• The owner cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage or accident to persons or private
property including private cars, however caused.
• The refund of an appropriate portion of the hire charge paid, less the deposit shall be the full discharge
of obligation by the owner to any lodge hirer who is required to leave for any breach of the park rules or
for general misbehavior.
• The owner reserves the right to alter charges and/or booking conditions without prior notice.
