You are invited to the annual IDEA Teaching and
Learning Assessment Workshop about the IDEA Student
Ratings of Instruction (SRI) system.
Designed for faculty, administrators, faculty
development and assessment personnel, this
interactive workshop will provide hands-on practice and
assist participants with the understanding,
implementation, interpretation, and application of the
IDEA SRI system.
The goal of the workshop is to enable participants to
use IDEA Student Ratings of Instruction:

Strategically to improve learning,

Wisely to make personnel recommendations, and

Effectively for curriculum review, program
assessment, and accreditation.
Learn how to

Improve data collection processes for
student ratings of instruction

Capture data to answer questions
related to program evaluation



day of user presentations on best practices of
IDEA SRI


BEST PRACTICES OF SRI (Track 3)


For those interested in IDEA Best Practices
shared by selected client users.

Registration cost is $200, includes one
breakfast and two lunches.

downtown Austin. For hotel reservations, please call 1-800336-6458 OR visit www.IDEAedu.org for a link to the hotel’s
online reservation site. You MUST mention the Kansas
State University Academic Chairpersons Conference when
making your reservation to receive the conference rate of
$169 for single/double occupancy plus tax and local
occupancy tax which are currently 16%. Reservations must
be made by January 9, 2015, to get this rate. This block fills
up early, so register as soon as you can!
