International Tournament Leda Cup and 10. Friendship Tournament have a long tradition with
wide represetation of many foreign countries. We hope that this year gymnasts from your federation
will also participate in this event.

Exception: 2 gymnasts can participate in senior category

0. International Friendship tournament (B program) - max 10 gymnasts, all in different categories (max of 1 gymnast per age category).
• 1 coach
• 1 judge of national or international qualification.
The organization club is allowed to have more than one gymnast in each category.
Awarding:
All gymnasts will receive a diploma and present.
All around:
1st - 3rd place will recieve a trophy.
Every apparatus: 1st - 3rd place will receive a medal.
Financial obligations:
Entry fee: 3
0 euro per gymnast
35 euro per gymnast
1 - 2 exercises
3 - 4 exercises
Payable by bank transfer (50 %) before definitive closing date (till 10 March 2015).
We will send you the number of our bank account after receiving your application.

5 euro per night/per person for members of Delegations in a double or triple room (includes
dinner and breakfast).

0 euro per night/per person for additional persons and accommodation in a single room (includes dinner and breakfast).
Costs of accommodation need to be paid in a hotel.
Participating Federations and Clubs cover the cost of accommodation and travel expenses themselves.
The Organizing Committee covers the cost of Tournament, medals and banquet.
The Organizing Committee will provide transportation from the airport/train/bus station to hotel and
back, as well as transportation from the hotel to competition hall.

if a visa is required for your travel to Croatia.
The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation
letter provided that the request is made before 15 February 2015 to the Organizing Committee.
Insurance:
The Host Federation and the Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for any liabilities in
case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. All participating Federations and Clubs are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness,
accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation.
