The “Re-Purposes of God”
In this two week series, Pastor Jim Cook will
explore the original intention of the Lord in
creating mankind. We were made to live perfectly in the garden He created. But when we
chose to sin, God had to set a new purpose
in place that eventually led to the sacrifice of
Jesus on the cross, to take our place. We’ll look
at Biblical characters like Joseph and Peter
and explore how they, and we, have all had
our lives re-purposed for His glory. Bring your
Bible and a note pad and let’s dig in! February

Wednesday Night Kidz
Wednesday Night Kidz is doing a series of
lessons called “I Love My Bible!” They will learn
more Bible basics and discover things that
God’s Word is: It’s a Sword, Light, and sweet as
Honey. It’s like ‘Fire shut up in my bones!’ It’s a
Map and full of Road Signs. It’s Our Bread, Our
Measure, Seed, and a Treasure. Come and join
us for Wednesday Night Kidz and learn more
about God’s Word. There will be lots of fun
activities and games, too!

Hospital visitations
If you or a loved one is hospitalized, please

Visitation Team would be honored to go and

Lost & Found cabinet
There is a file cabinet in the Office where we
are placing all items left at the Church. We
will only hold items for one month. After that,
they will be donated to the Salvation Army
or the City Rescue Mission. Please call the
Church Office any time to ask if your missing
item has been placed in the cabinet.

Parent’s Night Out Fundraiser
Hey Moms and Dads! When is the last
time you had a night out on the town together? On Valentine’s Day, you’re going
to have an opportunity to hit the town
while the Victory Kidz team watches your
kiddos for just a $10 donation. This event
will take place from 6:00-10:00pm and is
open to all kids from Pre-K through 6th
grade! This is a VK fundraiser, so all of the
proceeds will go right back to the kids to
send them to VK camp this summer! Sign

El Salvador mission trip 2015

summer mission trip. Compassion ministries
