ADMISSION OF PHD RESEARCH SCHOLARS (PART TIME & FULL TIME WITHOUT
SCHOLARSHIP - EVEN SEMESTER (2014-15)

LIST OF SELECTED CANDIDATES
1.
The following candidates have been selected as Part-time / Full time (without
scholarship) PhD research scholars (Even semester, 2014-15). They shall report for
admission at the PG & Research Cell, Academic Section of the Institute during the period
16/02/2015 – 20/02/2015 and 23/02/2015 – 27/02/2015. If a selected candidate does
not join during the above period, the offer shall stand cancelled.
2.
All selected candidates must bring the following documents at the time of admission:

Mark sheet of the last qualifying Examination — original & two attested
photocopies
No objection letter from the employer (for candidates employed / attached to
any organization) – original & two attested photocopies (if not submitted already)
Community certificate for SC/ST candidates from a competent authority (not
below the rank of a Tahsildar) – original & two attested photocopies
Original Migration Certificate (may be submitted before registration, if not
available now)
Coloured passport size photograph - 3 no.
They should apply to Dean (R&C) for joining after getting the documents verified and forwarded
by the Head of the department.
The selected list is PROVISIONAL. Candidates, who do not submit the above certificates at
the time of admission, shall not be considered for admission.
3.
No hostel accommodation shall be provided to the candidates.
4.
The candidates shall deposit an amount mentioned below [A + B1 + B2] + B3 (for
Full-time candidates only), as applicable.
5.
No separate intimation shall be sent to individual candidates.
The shortlist has been prepared by respective departments and they may be contacted for
any further information / clarification, if needed. The admission committee of the
respective department is fully responsible for selection and their decision is final in the
admission process.
