automatically, in the form of a complimentary benefit such as Onboard Spending Money or a cabin upgrade.
If, however, fares should rise after the booking has been made, and they may, passengers can rest assured
that they have received excellent value by booking early.
10


Share Savers: A number of cabins contain extra beds, allowing parties of three or four adults to share a cabin. The first two
adults pay the adult fare and for the third and fourth person in an extra bed a Share Savers discount of 50% applies. Share Savers do
not apply to ‘Flights & Transfers’ option.

includes Economy class flights and transfers between overseas ports and your ship.

Cabin Grade Structure: The same grading is used as for 2014/15 Arcadia and Aurora Euromed Programme
12
Flights and Transfers
Our fly-cruise holidays are priced as ‘cruise only’ to give the flexibility to make your own travel arrangements; or, to enjoy complete
peace of mind, P&O Cruises offers a ‘Flights & Transfers’ option, which includes:
o
Scheduled economy class flights with reputable carriers and government fees and flight related taxes
o
A P&O Cruises representative at overseas airports
o
Transfers between overseas airports and your ship
o
Hotel rooms and breakfast where flight timings require an overnight stay
The Flight & Transfer rates can be found in Appendix B

Tailor made flight requirements:
Fly how you want
Our Flights Department will happily provide a tailored quote for Premium Economy, Business or First class flights.
Fly when you want
Holidays can be extended by adding one of our tours or hotel packages, or to explore a destination independently, we can arrange the
flights. Please note that passengers will need to make their own way to or from the ship on embarkation/disembarkation day if they
choose to explore a destination independently.
Fly where you want
For longer journeys, we can arrange flights that allow a stop-over en route; for example, passengers could spend a couple of days in
Dubai on the way to Sydney, or explore Singapore on the way home from Brisbane.
Another destination could be added to an itinerary by flying to an alternative city before the start of the cruise; for example fly to Perth
or Brisbane to explore Australia before independently joining the ship in Sydney.
We can book flights from a range of regional departure points for an additional supplement of £149 per person roundtrip (or £75 per
person one-way)
To get a quote for tailor-made flights, contact the Flight Department on 0845 356 0005 (option 4).
Please note that tailored quotes can only be given within 11 months of the final flight in the itinerary; however, before then, we can
store requirements in passengers’ bookings, and get in touch with a quote when flights become available.
Please note that if passengers arrange their own flights, this will not form part of our ATOL protection.

Land Packages

City Stays: Fly-cruise holidays can be extended with a city stay in selected cities before or after the cruise. When starting or
ending in a number of exciting locations, cruises can be combined with an extended stay to explore these fantastic destinations. Please
note that due to disembarkation and flight arrival times, rooms may not always be available on arrival.
City Stay packages can only be booked by customers taking the ‘Flights & Transfers’ option. Cruise only passengers are not eligible for
the City Stay Offers. City Stays include all transfers between the ship, the hotel and the airport, all local and state taxes (excluding
airport departure tax) and porterage. City Stays do not include tours.
All accommodation is in at least four-star hotels and on a bed and breakfast basis. Rooms can be booked as either single or
double/twin occupancy. Larger occupancy rooms are available upon request and subject to availability.
The key benefits of booking a package through P&O Cruises are:
> All transfers between ship and hotel are included
> Embarking guests will be met and greeted at the airport before being transferred to their chosen hotel
> Disembarking guests will have their departure transfer from the hotel to the airport arranged for them
> All porterage costs are included
> P&O Cruises representatives will be available on the day of embarkation to provide advice or assistance
> Local agents can be contacted for help in case of emergency
> Hotels and services are all selected to be fitting with the high standards expected by the P&O Cruises guest
> Security of booking a package with P&O Cruises
These hotel options and transfers are only available immediately before/after the call at these ports. Prices below are per person and
based on double occupancy:

Hotel Overnight Rate: Overnight hotel stays at London airports can be arranged at Hilton Gatwick airport and Renaissance
London Heathrow at a rate of £99 and £119 per room respectively. Prices are based on a room only basis and do not include
breakfast or transfers. Bed and breakfast rates are also available.
