AND (B) SELL OFFICE EQUIPMENT FREE AND CLEAR SHORTENED OBJECTION DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 17, 2015 STANDARD OBJECTION DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 25, 2015 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Taya Sweeden, Chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”) in the above captioned bankruptcy case, by and through the undersigned counsel, has filed a Combined Motion to (A) Employ and Compensate Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. and (B) Sell Office Equipment (the “Motion”). The Motion seeks authorization to employ Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. (“Dickensheet”) as auctioneers to sell office equipment of the estate (the “Office Equipment”), and to compensate Dickensheet at a commission rate of 15% of the gross proceeds from the sale of the Office Equipment, with the compensation to be paid at the time of sale. The Motion also seeks approval of a sale of the Office Equipment free and clear of interests of third parties pursuant to § 363(b) and (f) of the Bankruptcy Code. A copy of the Motion is on file with the Court or can be obtained from the undersigned counsel. It is also available at www.rainbowrewardsbankruptcy.com. The Trustee has also filed a separate motion seeking to shorten and limit notice related to the Motion. If granted, and if you oppose the Motion or object to the requested relief, your objection and request for hearing must be filed on or before the SHORTENED objection deadline stated above, served on the applicant at the address indicated below, and must state clearly all objections and any legal basis for the objections. The Court will not consider general objections. In the absence of a timely, substantiated objection and request for hearing by an interested party, the Court may approve or grant the aforementioned motion without further notice to creditors or other interested parties.
